Here's what our members are saying about us...
"In late February, the local CBS affiliate ran a 3 minute "public interest" (?) story on 2 women that feel they were injured by a chiropractic adjustment. While my patients trust me and what I do to be safe, like most chiropractic patients, they needed help talking to friends and family members about the safety and effectiveness of their choice to continue getting adjusted.

Less than 2 weeks after the TV story, the In Touch Newsletter arrived at my door with its lead article being a review of the Spine article showing no statistical connection between chiropractic adjustments and stroke. I loved it. It is displayed prominently in my office."

"Voice For Health is so well received - patients ask for them. It is a wonderful publication, entertaining and informative in the right kind of language."
Dr. Gerald Arndt

"Thanks for your commitment to the cause and your great Voice For Health publication over the years."
Dr. Robson Timbs

"Continuous patient education is a MUST. The problem is, how do you do this and keep it fresh, interesting, and informative all at the same time? That’s where Dr. Kim Stetzel’s WEEKLY HANDOUTS Program comes in! She’s done the work. She’s created interesting and informative, full color handouts. All you have to do is put them in your patient’s hands and let the handouts speak for themselves! I highly recommend this program for anyone who is interested in growing and maintaining a Lifetime Family Wellness practice."
Dr. George Auger

"What a great program. With our busy schedule, we didn’t always get time to put out regular patient education. Now, we just print out quality, full color, professional looking handouts on our color printer each week. WOW! thanks for taking the work out of consistent patient education."

The Art of Being a Great Chiropractic Assistant
By Lori Morgan, CA

Each time I sit down to write about the keys to being a success as a CA I am always taken back to two things; Passion and Enthusiasm.  These two things are key to helping you to be the best you can be.  And one thing I have learned over these 10 years of coaching and training is that neither of those things can be taught or expected.  They are either a part of you or they are not.

Take a moment to write down all the things you are passionate about.  Now look at your list.  Everything on there you are confident about, you want to get better at, you spend time on, etc.  Did you write Chiropractic on your list?

We as CA's hold the candle for chiropractic in and outside of our offices.  The passionate CA's candle burns bright and never flickers.  It is our beacon if I can say so.  Passionate/enthusiastic CA's talk the tic in the office/encourage practice members/refer lots of people/aren't afraid to as a patient to schedule their children, loved ones, etc.

Passionate, Enthusiastic CA's never miss their weekly adjustment.  They never call in 'sick', but strive for wellness days to enjoy life a little.  They look forward to Monday's instead of the thank goodness it's Friday mentality.  They strive to reach the clinic goals and work on ways to better the practice each and ever day, so that their service is second to none.

A passionate/enthusiastic CA is key for practice growth.  Why would patients pass 10 chiropractic offices to get there?  Because the doctor is the best adjustor?  It is because you make them feel important; you bring the WOW to the practice, and to each of their lives.  The healing starts with you.

The more passionate you are about being a Chiropractic Assistant; the better you will be at it.  Put Chiropractic in your heart and make it a part of your lifestyle.

I love an appreciate all of you!  Thank you for your service

Team Roles of the Chiropractic Assistant
By Lori Morgan, CA

To have congruency in your everyday procedures and systems every C.A. must understand four basic principles:
  1. Be A Team Player: The theme of cooperation and being a team will be felt immediately by patients, and gives them confidence in the chiropractic office. Come together with the same purpose in intent to serve patients and to support one another. It is everyone's responsibility to make working together as a team a fun and growing experience.
  2. Become a Patient Advocate: Gives patients reassurance. They need to know they are in the right place. Guide patients through office procedures in a loving manner to assure that they have a quality experience. Always leave personal challenges outside of the office. Remember service is the name of the game. If you are unable to handle a specific situation or question, find someone on the team who can.
  3. Be a Referral Source for the Practice: Have tools with you at all times such as your business card, Questions and Answers pamphlet from Patient media, and most importantly your chiropractic message. A CA should excitedly share the chiropractic story with as many people as possible on a daily basis.
  4. Be a CA Educator: Every conversation you have with a patient is an opportunity to re-educate them with chiropractic principles. Our goal and responsibility is to shift patients from a medical/sickness/disease orientation to a chiropractic/wellness/prevention model. A CA must create opportunities to congruently reinforce with patients what the doctor has taught the patient in the ROF, Special Report, Workshops, DVD's and pamphlets.
